眾所周知 IELTS 英語成績認受性相當之高，絕大多數加拿大學院都接受 IELTS 成績。一般大學成績都需要IELTS 總分 6.5分或以上，有些科目還有要求在 IELTS 每個單項不能少 6.5分。倘若考生在考試當天某些科目稍有失手，未能發揮平日應有的英語能力，成績未如理想，那就錯過一次入學的機會，就實在太可惜了。IELTS有見及此，在 2024 年推出全新的考試模式 (IELTS One Skill Retake) 單科重考。
什麼是雅思單科重考
所謂雅思單科重考（IELTS One Skill Retake），是指考生在參加雅思考試後，如果對其中的「閱讀、聽力、寫作及會話」其中的任何一科成績不滿意，無需再像以前那樣重新考取全部科目，而是可以選擇重新應考其中的一科。
這樣一來，考生就無需再重新準備「閱讀、聽力、寫作及會話」四個科目，能夠集中精力專攻自己較為薄弱的那一科，同時避免了在完成其他科目後卻發現總體分數退步的尷尬情況。假如學生在應考當天，在某些科目因為怯場而發揮未如理想，選擇 IELTS one skill retake 重考, 絕對是輕鬆提升IELTS總分的好方法。
如何合乎單科重考資格？

- 首先考生必須完成全科考試(包括: 閱讀, 寫作, 聽力及會話四個部分)

- 考試必須以電腦模式考試

- 在有提供 IELTS One Skill Retake 的中心完成全科考試

- 已收確認收到由提供 IELTS One Skill Retake 的中心所發出的雅思考試成績表

- 由原定考試日起計，需在60 日內預約並應考「IELTS單科重考」
*目前單科重考適用於2023年12月12日後報考電腦模式雅思的考生

可否多次申請重考？
每次完整雅思考試，只有一次重考的機會。因此，如果您已經進行了IELTS One Skill Retake（雅思單科重考），就不能再次進行預約重考。
雅思成績單顯示方式：
完成單科重考後，你將收到一份嶄新的雅思單科重考後的成績單。在成績單上，會顯示剛剛應考完的單科重考成績，以及未經重考的其他三科科目成績。而原有的成績單也會保留。
*請留意，雅思單科重測考試成績的有效期為參加原雅思考試當天開始計算，為期兩年。
